All you need to know about your Mermaid Experience!
What do I bring for my mine or my child’s Mermaid Experience?
Here at Sumner studios we provide you and your child with all props and costumes, we do advise to wear leggings or something tight as we then can create a tail specifically for you or your child!
Also if you or your child has something special they would like to bring to your Mermaid photoshoot then please do and we will try incorporate it into the shoot for you!
Is The Mermaid Experience underwater and does my child need to swim?
No, our mermaid photoshoot is not underwater, and therefore, you do not need to swim to be one of our mermaids! We have a very special way to capture the perfect picture and then our digital artist helps create the magical final image!
Can adults be a mermaid too?
Yes, we can photograph parents and their children together or adults by themselves!
How many children can be in the same shoot?
We can have multiple children together in the same mermaid experience creating lovely photos with siblings together!
How much does the Mermaid Experience cost?
The Mermaid experience booking fee is £25 which would include the costumes, props, shoot and viewing . Our prints then start at £65 or our digital packages start at £249 which all include a large 18×12 inch print ( usually worth £149). Your £25 booking fee can come off any digital package (or be swapped for 3 pirate images). We also offer split payments so you wouldn’t have to pay everything on the day!

At the end of the Mermaid Experience we like to do something a little different, prepare yourself for a change to Black Beards Pirate Ship! Your little scallywag will have the very own pirate photoshoot too! These images can be swapped for the £25 booking fee on purchase of a digital package!
